How far ahead of my event will the tank be delivered?
We deliver a few hours before your scheduled event to allow enough time for setup.
What do I need to do before my dunk tank arrives?
Dunk tanks require a minimum 6 ft. opening in a fence or gate. Please make sure the setup area is free from debris, obstructions, pet feces, and loose grass clippings — a cleaning fee may apply if the area isn't prepared. There also needs to be a water source nearby.
Do I need to provide the water?
Yes — you'll need to provide a long enough hose from your water source to the setup area. We don't supply the water to fill the tank.
How long does it take to fill the tank?
Typically 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on water pressure at the event location.
How soon should I book?
Ideally at least a week before your scheduled party, if not more — but reach out anytime to check availability.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is required, with full payment due prior to delivery.
