We often get frequently asked questions, so to speed up communications, we put a list of them and our concise answers to them on this convenient page!


Q: Can we set up on any type of surface?

A: We can set up on cement, grass, dirt and indoors. If requesting a setup on sand, an extra fee will apply.


Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes we are fully insured and we can provide proof of insurance along with workers compensation.


Q: Safety concerns?

A: Jump and Slide Entertainment does not cut any corners when it come to safety. We provide a complete training course for all employees along with acquiring advanced safety certifications.


Q: How long have you been in business for?

A: Jump and Slide Entertainment has been in business since 2005. We’ve witnessed a lot of other companies change their name from year to year when they’ve acquired a multitude of bad reviews. Not Jump and Slide…


Q : Do I need to use my own water when I rent a waterslide?

A: Yes you will have to provide your own water source from a water hose that will reach the unit. It is used to fill the pool and add a mist over the slide to keep it constantly wet for optimal fun. Once the pool is filled up for the first time it requires very little water to stay operating.


Q: Do I have to use my own electric to power up the rentals?

A: Yes you will have to use your own source of electricity. The party rentals must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.


Q: If I do not have access to electric do you offer generators?

A: Yes we can supply you with a generator for an additional cost.


Q: Do you offer any discounts to Police Officers or Military?

A: Yes we offer discounts to Police Officers, Fire Fighters and Military Service Members.


Q: Do you clean your units?

A: Yes we clean our units after every rental. Feel free to visit our warehouse Monday or Tuesday to see our team sanitizing in action.


Q: Do you provide attendants to watch over the units?

A: If it is a private backyard party the customer has the option to hire our staff to help out with the units, providing they are available.

If its a corporate party, block party or in a park we will provide attendants for all bouncers, obstacle courses and slides.


Q: What if the inflatable collapsed?

A: First, please make sure extension cord hasn’t come unplugged.

Next thing to check would be the circuit breaker inside, as it may have tripped.


Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: You may cancel inflatables up to the day before due to bad weather only and will receive a full refund. Once we set up unit(s) we do not offer any refunds or credits if weather becomes bad. All TENTS ONCE BOOKED ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel a tent within 1 week of scheduled event you will be responsible for 50% cost of the tent.


Q: How many kids can fit inside a bouncer, jump house?

A: It all depends on the size of inflatable and age of kids attending. Generally 6 or more.


Q: Is it easy to make cotton candy?

A: Yes it is. It’s as simple as pouring the supplied sugar into a spinner, and turning on 2 switches.

At that point you are ready to take a paper cone and twirl the cotton candy around.


Q: What kind of ice do I need to buy for a snow cone machine?

A: You can buy any bag of cubed ice. It must be cubes only though.


Q: If it rains on the day of the event do you have any indoor activities for the kids?
