Delivery hours run separately. Setup and pickup windows are scheduled around your event, not our office hours, and we confirm your window in advance.

The questions we get asked most before a first rental.
How does getting a quote work?
Every event gets quoted individually, because what you pay depends on which items you want, your date, how long you need them and where we're delivering. Send us your date, town and a rough guest count and we'll put together a quote built around your event.
How far ahead should I book?
Sooner is better, especially for spring and summer weekends, graduations and school field days, which book up first. If your date is close, call rather than email — we can tell you on the spot what's still open.
Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we provide proof of insurance on request. Schools, churches, municipalities and corporate venues usually need this before your event is approved, so tell us who to name and we'll take care of it.
What if it rains?
Weather on Long Island changes fast, so we stay in touch with you as your date gets closer rather than leaving you guessing. Reach out and we'll walk you through how we handle your specific setup and date.
