I just wanted to share with you that the 2 gentleman that set up and took down the waterslide for us yesterday were a pleasure. They were timely, pleasant, thorough and completely professional. My yard was completely dry and they were so quick, we barely new they were there. Thank you for such a pleasant experience- good customer service is, unfortunately, rare these days.

We rented the Dalmation Jumper/Slide, and it was great. Money WELL spent. The set up crew were excellent and took great care with the set-up and take down. The kids had the best time. There is nothing better then seeing the excitement and smiles on the kids faces. Even better the kids sleeped great that night, again money WELL spent. The office staff was great and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to using this company again for our block party, and future parties! THANK YOU!!!

I just wanted to say Thank You for providing the pirate ship bounce house/slide. I was worried the guys would not show up or get lost. Well they were right on time 15 mins ahead of schedule. The ride was up and running right at 11am and stayed up till 4pm. The two guys that you sent with the ride were very friendly and were great with the kids. I noticed them high fiving the kids through out the day. Also one of the guys kept going over to the cotton candy machine to make and hand out to the kids. Please Thank them. I'm glade we used your company Jump and slide. I will continue to look you guys up every year going forward.

I had hired Jump and Slide for my son's 5th birthday party. Matt LOVES Curious George, he has slept with a stuffed George since he was 18 months old! I had reserved the 5-1 Combo unit with the Curious George banner. Anthony called me two days before his party to say that the 5-1 combo needed to be repaired after a block party he had rented out to and that he could not have it for my son's party. I was crushed and so was my son! Anthony called me back about 10 minutes later and said he had something that he would set up for my son's party that would top the 5-1 bouncer. Still upset, I agreed under protest. I was so surprised when Anthony's crew pulled up to my house with a huge obstacle course! He and his staff were so helpful and nice, they set the whole thing up and explained everything in detail. Anthony was so apologetic and concerned that my son's party was ruined he went over and above to ensure Matt had the birthday of a lifetime. Needless to say, Anthony came though to make my son's birthday a huge success! Kids are still talking about the party! I have used him every year since!

Anthony was very courtious and answered all of our questions promptly and gave us great advise on how to run our event and what the kids of all ages would enjoy. We ran a large fundraiser for our Football/Cheerleading Organization and and Jump and Slide helped to make it a huge success. Anthony also came through with some last minute items that we didnt realize we would need. We will definitely be calling them again. Everyone had a blast. Anthony is a pleasure to deal with--very personable, but also very honest. I appreciated his input and his professional opinion in taking our party ideas into consideration. Anthony and I were in contact frequently in the weeks leading up to the event. I felt very confident with his party-planning experience to let him decide what to do in the event of bad weather/rain. On the day of the party, Anthony and his workers arrived early and set up very quickly--and by that night everything came down just as quickly and seamlessly. A mere 2 hours later the backyard looked as if there was never a party there! The staff was wonderful-they didn't leave one scrap behind. They were also very personable, yet professional, and a pleasure to have around. More importantly, they did their jobs very well. As for Anthony, I cannot think of enough good things to say about him or Jump and Slide. He is a terrific party coordinator that really knows his stuff and makes it really fun to throw a party. He literally allows you to enjoy your own party. In my opinion this is the most important aspect of the job and I have not seen any other company do it better. Thanks Anthony and I can't wait for the next party :)
